Origin:

A young man is down on his luck though he¹s always been good at solving puzzles. In fact he happens to be walking by a bank when he hears that the vault has been closed by accident and it contains papers that are needed for a multi-million dollar deal. He reckons a safe is just another puzzle and soon he has it open for them. But, they offer him no reward and in fact are all to happy to have him leave due to his rather sorry appearance. He decides, then and there to no longer live the life of the straight and narrow and puts on a green and yellow checker-board costume and commits outrageous crimes. He even sends out riddles to the Black Terror challenging him to solve the crimes and catch him. Which after a few close calls, the Terrors do. The Puzzler also seems to have penchant for bad puns.

Professor Fenton

Real Name: Professor Fenton

Origin: 

Professor Fenton was a mad genius with plans of world domination. He built a time machine in his castle which he used to aid him in his quest in a variety of ways. He sometimes used the time machine to banish his enemies into the past. The Ghost caught on to his plans and managed to rescue a number of his victims from prehistoric times, but the Ghost was unable to destroy the time machine, because there were still other victims trapped in other time periods.

Fenton also used the time machine to transport himself and a handful of his henchman into the past, in search of riches, relics and allies. He attempted to make alliances with a number of legendary figures including Attila the Hun, Genghis Khan, Morgan le Fay and even Zeus! He gained possession of relics such as the spear of Diana the Huntress. He also briefly posed as King John of England to collect the ransom for King Richard, The Lionheart. He usually attempted to impress historical persons with the modern weapons of his men, but his men usually ended up being slaughtered. Fortunately, he seemed to have a small army working for him in the present. They monitored his progress and communicated with him through an electronic monitor. Fenton himself usually carried a handgun or an "electric pistol".

Silver Knight

Real Name: Sir Briane

Origin: 

Sir Briane was a bold knight of King Arthur's court who wore enchanted armor forged by the Deathless Druid (probably Merlin). The armor rendered him highly resistant to injury.

He fought alongside the other Knights of Camelot such as Sir Gawain and Sir Kay against the Saxons and the Vandals. When the Saxons had been driven out and the Pax Arthuriana had been won he pit his strength against evil knights and monsters such as the Barghest.

Because of his sense of honor (or his ego) he would not wear his enchanted armor in a tournament, which the Barghest used to his advantage.

His lady was Tarna, a brave warrior in her own right who often aided him in battle and once wore his armor.

Mekano

Origin:

Mekano was a mechanical man invented by Bill Foster. Unfortunately, Nazis stole the robot, planning to use him as an unstoppable weapon. The Germans, however, were no match for Mekano, who defeated them before returning home to his creator.
